At Pas De Deux Hawaii, we offer a wide variety of dance genres for children ages 3-18, as well as Musical Theatre and Private Voice. We are dedicated in helping young performers achieve the highest level of performance skill in their desired genre of Dance, Music, or Theatre.

DANCE
Creative Movement (Ages 3-4)
An entry level prep class for Ballet or Jazz. This class has an emphasis on having fun while learning coordination, balance, and rhythm, by exposing students to various dance styles and music. Creative Movement also focuses on learning dance class etiquette (e.g. standing in place and taking turns).
Ballet (Ages 5+)
A classical, disciplined dance form emphasizing technique, grace, and expression.
Jazz (Ages 5+)
Energetic, expressive movement combining rhythm, technique, and sharp, dynamic steps.
Hip Hop (Ages 5+)
Expressive, Street-originating grooves featuring powerful, improvisational, and rhythmic style.
Breakdancing (Ages 9+)
An energetic style of dance characterized by stylized footwork and acrobatic movements, typically performed to hip hop music.
Contemporary (Ages 9+)
Combines various techniques, and disciplines emphasizing creativity, natural movement, and emotional storytelling.
Tap (Ages 5+)
Rhythmic movement with metal-plated shoes creating percussive sounds through intricate, synchronized footwork.
Ballroom
A graceful, social dance style characterized by elegant movements, partner coordination, and traditional steps.
Hula (Ages 5+)
Classes are based upon history, language, choreography, technique and musicality using drum beats with Polynesian music. Technique involves in depth movement of basic steps and overall emotions and feelings that tells the story of each dance.
Leaps & Turns
Leaps and Turns is a technique class designed to improve the overall ability of the student in all forms of dance. Students will work to increase extension, flexibility, turns with more precision and various leaps.
Acro
A blend of gymnastics and dance featuring athletic, gravity-defying moves, balance, and flexibility, combined with artistic expression.
MUSICAL THEATRE
Ages 9+ - Dynamic performing art combining acting, singing, and dancing to tell stories through song and choreography.
PRIVATE VOICE
